The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Western Currency Facility (WCF) Office of External Relations has a requirement for support services to assist in overseeing, staffing, and running the operations of the WCF Tour & Visitor Center (TVC) located in Fort Worth, TX. The contractor shall provide all personnel and supplies to include management of the information desk, public tours, transportation services, retail sales store, exhibits and displays, theater, film, and audiovisual equipment, special educational promotional events and sales endeavors, and assembly of informational materials.





PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT



In accordance with 52.237-1 Site Visit (Apr 1984), the BEP WCF External Affairs Division is hosting a Pre-Proposal Site Visit during the solicitation phase to allow offerors to obtain a better understanding of site conditions and the work required, as well as gather quality information about the solicitation. The site visit is tentatively scheduled at 10:00am CST on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 8900 Blue Mound Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76131. Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend.



Registration

All interested offerors attending this site visit will need to forward PII information of each attendee, including full name (as it appears on REAL ID identification), phone number, email address, and company information no later than 3:00pm (CST), Wednesday, October 29, 2025 to Terry.Lawrence@bep.gov. Please note that only 2 parties will be allowed per company.

Interested parties who are confirmed to this visit should be at the entrance no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the visit. Each visitor will need to bring a valid (not expired) government issued (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.) REAL (with star) photo ID to gain access to the WCF.





Requests for Clarification



All requests for questions and/or clarifications related to the RFP shall be submitted via e-mail to Terry.Lawrence@bep.gov. All questions or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 PM CST, Friday, November 7, 2025. The Offeror shall note in the email subject line the Request for Proposal, 2031ZA26R00002 and “Request for Clarification.”





Phase 1, Written Proposals (all Volumes) shall be submitted via email to Terry.Lawrence@bep.gov no later than Friday, November 14, 2025 2:00PM CST. Phase 2, Oral Presentations will take place on/by Friday, November 21, 2025 3:00PM CST, the final due date of this Solicitation.
