Baltimore City Community College (“BCCC” ) WBJC Readio Station is requesting under this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain professional landscaping and vegetation management services for the maintenance of the radio antenna site. The objective is to maintain a safe, secure, and professional appearance while ensuring unrestricted access to equipment, structures, fencing, and utility infrastructure.

Additional Instructions

A site visit will be held on October 13, 2026 at 10:00 am.  RSVP by October 12, 2026 by 4:00 pm. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Although the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, the site visit is mandatory and requires all prospective bidders to attend. Failure to attend the site visit will deem a submitted bid as non-responsive and will be rejected.
