Project Bid Received By & Opening Information:	Sealed bids will be received until April 29, 2025 at 2:00 pm local time by the City Engineer of Wayzata City Hall, 600 Rice Street East, Wayzata, MN 55391 for the Wayzata Bell Courts Improvements. All bids shall be submitted to the City Engineer, City of Wayzata, 600 Rice Street East, Wayzata, Minnesota 55391, and shall be in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. All bids received after 2:00 PM CDST on April 29, 2025 will be returned to the bidder. Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Wayzata City Engineer or his designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids at City Hall, 600 Rice Street East, Wayzata, Minnesota 55391.

Description:	The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following: Removals, earthwork, storm pipe installation, site electrical, asphalt paving, concrete paving, retaining walls, landscaping, irrigation, sodding, seeding and parking lot painting.
Additional Description:	All bids shall be accompanied by a cashier’s check, certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Wayzata for an amount no less than five percent (5%) of the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in the proposal procedure and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the City’s best interest. No proposal may be withdrawn within thirty days of the date of the bid opening.
