DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES COURTHOUSE CONSTRUCTION

Statements of Qualifications and proposals are requested from Design-Build firms with a strong record of successfully assisting local governments with constructing and managing Courthouse/Government Center projects. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia to provide these services.
The Wayne County Board of Commissioners plans to construct a new Courthouse\Government Center.

Criteria for Evaluation of RFP Responses (Proposals)
¿        Stability of the firm
¿        Firm¿s relevant project Experience and Qualifications
¿        The firm¿s ability to provide services for the project
¿        Proposed Project Team¿s Relevant Experience and Qualifications
¿        Proven Ability to Provide Preconstruction Services
¿        Quality of Proposed Management Plan
All responses must be sealed in an opaque envelope or box, and reference Wayne County Design Build RFP and addressed to the addresses below. Statements of Qualifications and Proposals must be physically received prior to the deadline of 5:00 pm, March 31, 2025
Proposers should deliver four (4) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (.pdf format on a flash drive) of their Statement of Qualifications submittal to:

The Proposers' sole responsibility is to assure delivery to the noted locations by the specified deadlines; the Owner cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery, regardless of reason. No Qualifications submittals will be accepted after the time stipulated above. Qualifications submittals will not be accepted via facsimile or e-mail.
