NOTICE TO LICENSED GENERAL CONTRACTORS:

Florida State College at Jacksonville (here in after referred to as the “College,” “Owner” or “FSCJ”) is soliciting bids for the construction of wayfinding monument signs with landscape, planters, and irrigation on FSCJ South Campus. Concrete masonry and electrical are part of the project scope. Scope of work defined per plans and specifications prepared by Atlantic Engineering Services dated 1/16/2026 titled “Signage Hardscape and Landscape Plans.”

NOTE:  Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal conference has been scheduled for 2/4/2026 at 10:00 a.m. (Jacksonville FL local time) at South Campus, 11901 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32246, Bldg. M1, Room M1140 with a one-time site visit thereafter. Site visits will not be conducted at any other date or time.  Sub-contractors are welcome to participate.
