Project Description: The Marlwood/Waverly project area consists of the two ponds, Marlwood Lake located south of Albemarle Road near Marlwood Circle, and Waverly Lake located north of Albemarle Road near Almond Road. The existing ponds have silted in and project improvements include pond dredging to specified projects depths.
