RE: CITY OF HOLLAND WAVERLY FIRE STATION LAWN CARE

The City of Holland will receive sealed bids from prospective bidders for lawn care services for the City of Holland’s Waverly Fire Station, located at 761 S. Waverly Rd for a period of three years from the time the contract is awarded.

The bids will be received at the FINANCE OFFICE IN THE CITY HALL BUILDING, 270 S. RIVER AVENUE, HOLLAND, MICHIGAN until. 11:00 A.M, Thursday MARCH 20, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. You are invited, but not required, to attend said bid opening.

Due to the brand-new footprint of the Fire Station and grounds, a MANDATORY Pre-Bid walkthrough will be held on Monday March 10, 2025, at 10 am.

Bids must be on the “BID FORM” provided and be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked “Waverly Fire Station Lawn Care”.

All bids are to be net, F.O.B. – Holland, Michigan.
