Description

The City of Houston is seeking a qualified engineering consultant to provide professional services for the development of pedestrian and bicycle connections across Buffalo Bayou and Memorial Drive near the Waugh Drive Cloverleaf Interchange. The project will improve multimodal access, enhance ADA compliance and strengthen trail connectivity between Spotts Park and Feagan & Willa Streets. The Consultant will perform alternatives evaluation, design development, and coordination with TxDOT and other agencies and will support multiple public, stakeholders, community, and internal meetings.
