Watson Trail Park Tennis Courts - Site Improvements

Sealed bids for WATSON TRAIL PARK TENNIS COURTS – SITE IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the City of Sunset Hills, Department of Parks and Recreation, 3915 S. Lindbergh Blvd, Sunset Hills, Missouri, 63127, until 1:00 P.M. CST, on Monday, December 1, 2025 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Community Center, Room ‘A’. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened.

The Scope of Work includes: The provision and installation of the site improvements as stipulated on the plans for site, landscape, storm water and other necessary improvements at the designated site.

Bid packages are available, November 5, 2025 after 8:00 A.M. CST, from City of Sunset Hills Parks & Recreation Department, located at 3915 S. Lindbergh, Sunset Hills, MO 63128, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50 per set.  Checks made payable to “City of Sunset Hills”
