Description

The City of Spokane is seeking quotes for Waterworks Access Frames & Covers to be used by the Water & Hydroelectric Services department. Product must ocmply with the Buy America provisions in Title 23 of the United States Code, Section 313 "Domestic Product Only."

This business shall be awarded on a five (5) year value blanket, meaning product will be ordered on an as-needed basis and payment shall be issued only for product ordered, received, and accepted.
