Summary

The work under this project will replace deteriorated timber waterfront pier. Project includes demolition of timber structure including extraction of piles and removal of all timber split caps, stringers, and decking. Replacement will include vibrated and driven timber piles, timber caps, stringers and decking.



Background

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Monday, December 29, 2025 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/220674 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
