Description:	The Washington State Department of Health requires this sole source purchase to replace its WatersÂ® Liquid Chromatography Accuity TQD Tandem Mass Spectrometer system. The NBS tests are time sensitive and delays in reporting results, even by a few hours, can increase the morbidity and mortality for infants. This newer replacement instrument will be able to test all 35 required conditions.
