Scope of Services
HCPS intends, through this solicitation, to identify qualified Contractor(s). The provision of goods and services under the RFP includes but is not limited to the provision of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the identification of sources of water intrusion, perform repairs to building envelopes, and perform all surface preparation and application. All work shall comply with current Florida Building Code, Florida Statutes, OSHA regulations, ASTM standards, manufacturer recommendations, SMACNA standards where applicable and HCPS Facilities Maintenance Department requirements.
