The Marana Unified School District (MUSD) will utilize a third party consultant to conduct this formal solicitation. For your convenience, a copy of the solicitation and questionnaire are attached to this notice.
On behalf of MUSD, Sunny Path Associates has issued IFB#25-18-27 Waterline Improvement at Multiple Campuses; Sunny Path Associates utilize Bonfire as their bidding platform, and for this reason, all the proposals will be submitted there. ( https://sunnypathassoc.bonfirehub.com/opportunities )
In accordance with School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A.R.S. §15-213, competitive sealed qualifications for the materials or services specified, will be received by the Marana Unified School District (“District”), at the above specified location, until the date and time cited. Bids received by the correct time and date shall be opened and the amount of bid shall be publicly read and recorded. All other information contained in the Bid shall remain confidential until award is made. Physical, faxed or emailed qualifications are not acceptable. Electronic submission is required.
One (1) electronic Bid is requested. The District will not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post opening of, or failure to open a Bid that is not properly submitted. Submittals in response to this solicitation shall be submitted electronically and received on or before the due date and time indicated above.
LATE SUBMITTALS SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED. No extension or grace period will be given for delays or incomplete bids caused by internet connectivity problems, file uploading difficulties, or misunderstanding of the requirements or procedures for online submission. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to routinely check for Solicitation Amendments. Additional instructions for preparing a submittal are provided herein.
