The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP)
for the following project in Montgomery County, Conroe, Texas: CSP No. 24-0009-A
– Water Well Nos. 22, 26 and 33 Rehabilitation and Water Well No. 2 Abandonment
(Woodlands Division).
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Rehabilitation and/or replacement of pumping equipment for
San Jacinto River Authority Woodlands Division Water Well
Nos. 22, 26, and 33 and Water Well No. 2 abandonment along
with associated work to water well in-ground facility.
Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost: $ 1,300,000.
Estimated project schedule: Substantial Completion within 330 calendar days after
NTP.

5 Water Well No. 22 - Refurbish RAD - Following inspection of right-angle gear drive equipment, and if found
needed and upon written authorization of the owner, refurbish the existing right-angle gear drive and protective
shroud, including replacement of the steady rest bearing, new clutch hub, replacement of the existing gear drive
bearings and gaskets, plus clean, fill with oil and lubricate the existing equipment, complete.
