2025 Water & Wastewater Treatment Chemical Contract

The Dutchess County Water & Wastewater Authority will accept bids for Water and Wastewater Treatment Chemicals for 2025 in accordance with the specification and requirements in the Scope of Services.

BID SUBMISSION

Bids must be submitted on the Authority Bid Form contained in the contract documents. A Notarized Certificate of Non-Collusion also must be submitted. Bids can be either mailed or hand-delivered. For hand delivery, there is a secure drop box located at the backdoor entrance within the back-parking lot that bids can be inserted. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:

BID TIME

Bids shall be received at the office of the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority until 1:00 P.M. (local time) on Friday, November 1, 2024, at the 1 Lagrange Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603 address and publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after that time will not be considered. Bids will be reviewed, and the Contract will be awarded within sixty (60) days of receipt of bids.
