REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (2025), ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City of Quitman is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services related to the following categories:
1. Water and Wastewater System Improvements
Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received until 3:00 PM local time on July 22, 2025 at Quitman City Hall, P.O. Box 141, Quitman, AR 72131. Only one copy of a firm’s SOQ is requested. There will be no formal opening of the SOQs.
Consultants may submit SOQs at any time after the deadline; however, failure to submit by the deadline may impact the firm’s opportunity to be invited to submit a project proposal. The City of Quitman reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs not in compliance with noted procedures if it is in the best interest of the public to do so and to waive informalities in the request for qualifications.
