Water and Wastewater SCADA Controls System Integration and Support

Notice is hereby given that the City of Gilroy at 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020-6197 is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with specific expertise in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system supporting water and wastewater collection system operations (“Services”) as described in Water and Wastewater SCADA Controls System Integration and Support Request for Proposal No.26-RFP-UT-539. Submittals will be accepted up until 4 :00 PM, PST, Thursday, June 11, 2026. The subject line of the email shall include the contractor’s name and “Water and Wastewater SCADA Controls System Integration and Support RFP No. 26- RFP-UT-539”.

Proposals received after that time and date will not be considered. The City of Gilroy accepts no responsibility if delivery is made to another e-mail address other than the one specified within this RFP. An evaluation team will review submitted proposals and select the best qualified firm based on the evaluation criteria and selection process outlined in the RFP. The selected applicant will then be recommended to the City Council for awarding of an agreement to conduct the work.

Consultants are responsible for checking the City’s website and acknowledging any addenda prior to submitting a proposal and may be considered non-responsive if their proposal does not reflect those addenda.
