The City of Hagerstown is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms capable of providing professional engineering services for the development of a comprehensive Water and Wastewater Master Plan as defined herein. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the services that are required, the process of selecting a consultant, and all the key information that must be included in the proposal.
