The City of Framingham (City), invites sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of water, wastewater and drainage materials for construction projects performed by City forces or by others for the City.
Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet Direct portal on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 after 10:00 A.M

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet Direct and are due on
Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.
