Solicitation Summary
The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids
for Water Treatment Plant SCADA implementation (design/build), located at located at the Water Treatment Plant, 2912 Bradford Lane, Bowie, Maryland.
The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., at the Water Treatment Plant, located at 2912 Bradford Lane, Bowie, Maryland. Interested bidders are required to register for the pre-bid meeting .
All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this IFB are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at

, prior to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Monday, June 9, 2025, to all those who
have expressed interest in this IFB through the Bid Locker platform.
Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City through the Bid Locker platform at

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting.
A link to join the meeting will be emailed to all parties who have registered with Bid Locker regarding this IFB. All blanks on each form provided by the City in connection with this IFB must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form.
Prospective bidders that obtain this document from any source other than Bid Locker should immediately register with Bid Locker to ensure receipt of addenda and other communications regarding this solicitation.
