The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and capable contractors to submit offers for a water treatment & humidifier upgrade project located in Anchorage, Alaska.
This procurement has no set aside - it is open to all sized businesses.
Estimated size of this project: Between $500,000 and $750,000.
Work included in project:
1. Demolish and replace water treatment system located in Mechanical Room 61.
2. Demolish and replace 13 humidifiers.
3. Install reverse osmosis treated water lines to all new humidifiers and two existing humidifiers and demolition of existing water supply lines to existing humidifiers.
4. Install appurtenances for operation of new equipment, including electrical and control devices.
5. Adjust pipes, bracings, penetrations, controls and power wiring for proper operations of equipment.
6. Test and commission new equipment.
7. Patch and repair finishes to match existing.
