Summary

The County of Orange, OC Public Works (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS & RELATED SERVICES . Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.

INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Central Utility Facility, located at 525 N. Flower St, Santa Ana, CA 92703. Attendance is required to participate in the proposal process. Failure to attend the meeting will result in your proposal being deemed non-responsive, and no exceptions will be made for tardiness. Attendees must arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting. Representatives arriving more than 10 minutes late (after 10:10 a.m.) will not be allowed to sign in and will be considered non-responsive. The pre-proposal meeting will establish the list of eligible firms to submit proposals and will provide an opportunity to address any questions about the RFP and the scope of services. No alternative meetings will be scheduled.

The following locations will be visited during the pre-proposal meeting:
First Location: Central Utility Facility, 525 N. Flower St, Santa Ana, CA 92703
Second Location: 1770 N. Broadway, Santa Ana, CA 92706
Third Location: 840 Eckhoff St, Orange, CA 92868

Respondents must acknowledge receipt of this RFP and confirm their intention to attend the pre-proposal meeting by email to Luis.Gallardo@ocpw no later than the end of the day on Monday, December 9, 2024.
