Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Water Treatment Services to the Georgia Southern University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. water treatment services required to maintain optimal performance and quality for the HVAC-related water systems at Georgia Southern University's Statesboro and Armstrong campuses. The primary goal is to ensure consistent, effective water treatment through routine maintenance, remote monitoring, and detailed reporting, while also providing staff training and 24/7 support. The water treatment services will cover the 25 open-loop towers and 4 closed-loop towers on the Statesboro campus, as well as the 3 open-loop towers on the Armstrong campus.
