NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for its Cooling Towers, Boilers and Potable Water Treatment Services for multiple County facilities.

Such bids must be clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:30 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday February 20th , 2025.

The County of Wayne shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a vendor that were not directly issued to that vendor by the Purchasing Department.

The County does not offer or supply anyone the list of people that have obtained a copy of these bid specifications or cost estimates for the project prior to the opening of the bid.  NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO THIS POLICY.
