| Description: | Your firm is invited to submit a Proposal to perform a interior/exterior inspection of the City’s Water Treatment Plant #3, 2.5 Million Gallon Ground Storage Water Tank, provide detailed specifications for biding of the repair and repainting work of this structure, and provide all inspections and construction management of the project. The engineering services will be broken down into two phases: Phase 1: Interior/Exterior inspection of water tank, creating Bid documents, bidding project, and recommending contractor award. Phase 2: Inspection/construction management of contractors work. This will include any required modifications, welding, sandblasting and painting of the tower as well as final inspection. |
