WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

Project Description: Cobbs Lake Preserve Association, Inc. (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Water System Improvements
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received via either the PennBid.net website or hard copy hand delivered to the Cobbs Lake Preserve Association, Inc. located at 90 Lake Road, Lake Ariel, PA 18436 until 3:00 PM local time, Thursday, June 11, 2026.
Bids received will be PRIVATELY opened and read aloud at 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 11, 2026 at the place of bid opening,90 Lake Road, Lake Ariel, PA 18436.
The Project includes the following Work:
Contract No. 1: General Construction, The Installation of four 1,500 gallon ground level water storage tanks within two concrete slab-on-grade wooden buildings to be constructed at Well #3 and Well #5 sites, to replace two existing buried steel tanks (to be removed) and associated buildings, piping, valves, electric unit heater and ventilation fan, electrical and controls work and appurtenances at Cobbs Lake Preserve Association, Inc.
Bids are requested for the following Contract(s): Contract No. 1: General Construction.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at no cost either electronically at www.PennBid.net or at the Issuing Office, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or Friday from 8:00 AM to Noon. Bidding Documents may be obtained at no cost electronically at www.PennBid.net or may be purchased for $250.00 (non-refundable)(includes only USPS regular mail), from the Issuing Office.
Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Century Engineering, a Kleinfelder Company, 330 Innovation Blvd, Suite 305, State College, PA 16803. All payments are non-refundable.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM, at 90 Lake Road, Lake Ariel, PA 18436.
