ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for the Water System Improvements will be received by the Sallisaw Municipal Authority, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, at City Hall, in the City Clerk’s Office located at 115 East Choctaw Ave, Sallisaw, Oklahoma or by mail at PO Box 525, Sallisaw, OK 74955. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at City Hall, 115 East Choctaw, 3rd Floor Conference Room, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, at 10:00 am, on Friday, January 3, 2025. Bids will be accepted by the City Clerk during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is received by the time and date specified. Any bids received after the time set for opening will be returned unopened. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope with the words “SEALED BID; “ East Drake Water System Improvements” on the front of the envelope.

**Sallisaw will furnish pipe, valves, fire hydrants, water meters w/ box, MJ fittings, Encasement pipe, tapping saddles, sand bedding material, gravel - road & driveway cuts.
** Contractor will provide Labor & Equipment to complete the work.
