The City of Pocatello, Idaho, is seeking proposals from consultants qualified to provide professional engineering services to complete an update to their Water System Facility Plan.

Request for Proposal packets are available at the Office of the Water Superintendent located at 1889 N. Arthur Ave, Pocatello, Idaho. Information can also be found on the City of Pocatello webpage at https://pocatello.gov/Bids.aspx and clicking on the link to this project.

All questions or clarifications concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than July 25, 2025. The City of Pocatello will respond to questions and clarification requests requiring an addendum via a Final Addenda issued to all known RFP holders on July 31, 2025.

Responses to this RFP must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m., August 12, 2025.

Firms shall submit information regarding their general qualifications and other specific information as required by the Request for Proposals. The consultant selected for Engineering Services will be the consultant who, in the sole opinion of the City of Pocatello, is best qualified to perform the work. The City of Pocatello reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, to negotiate changes in the scope of work or services to be provided and to otherwise waive any technicalities in the best interest of the City.
