WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION AND TRANSMISSION LINES AND WATER STORAGE TANK
SOUTHWEST WATER USERS PUBLIC WATER AUTHORITY
JOB NO. 104-A12
Sealed bids will be received by the Southwest Water Users Public Water Authority at the office of Water Users, LLC, 620 Airlane Drive, Benton, Arkansas, until 10:00 A.M., Thursday, March 19, 2026 for Water Supply Connection and Transmission Lines and Water Storage Tank, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after closing time will be returned unopened.
Copies of the plans and specifications are on file at the office of Michael Bolin & Associates, Inc., (P. 0. Box 605, 72018), 1098 Ferguson Drive, Benton, Arkansas 72015, and are @pen for public inspection. A set of said documents may be obtained from the Engineers upon payment of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Bidding security in the form of a Certified or Cashier’s Check or any acceptable bid bond, payable to the Southwest Water Users Public Water Authority, in any amount not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
