389 Water St (Map 204, Lot 22) – The property is a Vacant Lot 18,800 square feet. It is located in a (R-3) Residential Zoning District. The City has established a minimum bid of $270,000.00. BID DEADLINE: Friday March 28, 2025 at11:00 A.M. at the city clerk’s office 200 Common St first floor room 107.
