Water Street Lofts - Liberty, MO

AIM Construction is seeking subcontractors to provide a proposal for construction of a 24,000 square foot, two story building in Liberty, at the cross streets of Water Street and East Kansas Street. All necessary construction, site plans and specifications can be found in the link below.

We request that bidding subcontractors provide a complete proposal, per the provided plans and specifications, that includes all trade specific scopes and services required to complete all phases of the project, including necessary and applicable taxes. Please include with your proposal a duration for the completion of each phase of the work per the documents.

Please forward your proposal by email to ryan@aimconstructionkc.com and copy kyle@aimconstructionkc.com no later than 4/24/2026 by EOB. All proposals must be submitted by email on the subcontractor’s proposal form, including the duration for the completion of the work.
