Water Station 1 - Wellhouses 3B & 5B

Project Description: This Contract provides for the installation of two new well house buildings around recently drilled municipal drinking water wells and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The scope includes extending existing access, a structure, a vertical-turbine well pump and motors while connecting to the existing water, electrical and communications systems to make those new wells functional for the Water Station 1 Wellfield.
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 180 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
An optional pre-bid meeting is to be held at 1:00 pm, local time, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at Water Station 1, located at 2103 E Reserve St, Vancouver WA 98661. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed.
