Project Description: This Contract provides for the removal and replacement of roofs at Wellhouses 11, 12 and 13 at Water Station 1, located at 2103 E Reserve St., Vancouver, WA 98661. Work shall consist of replacing the asphalt shingle roofs with a new metal roof panel system and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The Contract Work shall be Physically by April 25, 2025.
Engineer's Estimate - $70,000
