Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide consulting services to develop final plans and specification for the design of a Per-and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) treatment system at Water Station 1. It is anticipated that the project under this agreement will be federally funded and as such all rules, regulations, statutes and policies whatsoever required by the funding source must be followed.
