Description Info
Lincoln County requests "Statements of Qualifications" (RFQ's) from professional engineering
design firms to provide preliminary engineering, surveying, design, permitting, bidding and
construction phase services for the County's upcoming water and sewer system expansion and
improvement program. The program initially includes expansion and improvements to the water
system. Future projects may include expansion and improvements to the sanitary sewer
collection, pumping and treatment systems.
The required format and details for submitting the RFQ may be obtained by emailing Mr. Roby
Seymour, Community Development Director at rseymour@lincolncountyga.gov
Qualification Packages must be sealed, delivered and received by the County and marked RFQ
2026-03 on the outside of the envelope. The RFQs will be received by Lincoln County at P.O.
Box 340, 210 Humphrey Street, Lincolnton, Georgia 30817 until 2:00 P.M. EST on July 16th,
2026. Any proposal received after that time and date will not be considered.
