2025 Water & Sewer On-Call Repair Services RFQ

The Village of Western Springs, Illinois is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for qualified firms to submit responsive proposals in the form of a “Statement of Qualifications” (SOQs) to provide Water & Sewer On-Call Repair services. The full RFQ is available at www.wsprings.com/bids .

The SOQ must be received at the Office of the Village Clerk, Village of Western Springs, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois 60558, no later than 10:00 A.M. August 28, 2025. The SOQs may be submitted by mail, delivery service, or in person. Faxed or emailed SOQs will not be accepted. In-person deliveries will only be accepted at Village Hall during the Village’s current hours of operation.  Any SOQ received after the submittal deadline closing time and date will not be considered.
