The Village of Streamwood is seeking bids for the 2025 Water & Sewer Improvements. Bids are due no later than 2:00 pm on February 25, 2025, at 565 S. Bartlett Road, Streamwood, IL 60107. For plans & specifications, please contact Public Works at (630) 736-3850. Plans and specifications will be delivered electronically.

All bidders must comply with all applicable Illinois laws including requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunities Laws.

The scope includes the following major pay items: 695 LF of 6” DIWM, 3,660 LF of 8” DIWM, 18 Fire Hydrants, 95 service connections, 3,750 CY TBF, and other appurtenances.

Plans and Specifications will be available beginning February 11, 2025.
