The City of Plano is soliciting bids for this
project which includes the removal and replacement of approximately 14,500 linear feet of 6” and 8” waterlines, associated concrete pavement replacement, and barrier free ramps along the following streets: Cross Bend Road between Coit Road and Wilshire Drive (Approx. 1,654 LF), Plymouth Drive between Cross Bend Road to Nantucket Drive (Approx. 1,213 LF), Nantucket Drive between Plymouth Drive and Wilshire Drive(Approx. 1,356 LF), Wilshire Drive between Cross Bend Road to Nantucket Drive (Approx. 1,215 LF), Cross Bend Road between Canoncita Lane to Mission Ridge Road (Approx. 1,645 LF), Therondunn Drive between Canoncita Lane to Mission Ridge Road (Approx. 32 LF), Mission Ridge Road between Cross Bend Road and Buckle Lane (Approx. 1,554 LF), and Gettysburg Circle (Approx. 495 LF), Salem Court (Approx. 487 LF), Jamestown Place (Approx. 485 LF), Hollow Drive between Nantucket Drive to Sandia Drive (Approx. 270 LF), Appomattox Circle (Approx. 608 LF), Vicksburg Court (Approx. 624 LF), Whiffletree Court (Approx. 628 LF), Whiffletree Drive between Wilshire Drive and Mission Ridge Road (Approx. 1,945 LF) and Canoncita Lane between Cross Bend Road and Therondunn Drive (Approx. 279 LF)

If you choose to submit your bid/proposal in person, Procurement personnel will be available Mondays and Wednesdays between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The person delivering the bid/proposal must call (972) 941-7557 upon arrival during those hours and wait in the lobby for someone to meet them to receive their bid/proposal. Responses delivered in person are to be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Procurement Division at:

Time Critical Bid/Proposal Deliveries: The City of Plano cannot guarantee, due to internal procedures, that any bids/proposals sent via US mail will be picked up and delivered by the closing date and time. It is recommended that critical bid/proposal deliveries be made either electronically through IonWave or in person as described above.
