Water Reclamation Facility Phase 4B Upgrades

The City of Casa Grande requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for preconstruction services and complete construction services as the CMAR for the City’s planned Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Phase 4B Upgrades project.

Each response shall be per the SOQ instructions and scope of work package on file with the City Clerk at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122. Copies can be obtained by calling the City Clerk's Office (520) 421-8600 or downloading a complete packet below.

A pre-submittal conference will be held at the City Hall Council Chambers, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, at 10:00 AM on September 29, 2025. This will be an in-person meeting (not mandatory). There will be no option for virtual attendance.

All responses must be submitted by 2:00 P.M. on October 14, 2025, to the City Clerk, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122. The responses will be evaluated in accordance with Section Four (4) of the SOQ.

The City of Casa Grande reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in this Statement of Qualifications solicitation or to reject any or all responses; to be the sole judge of the suitability of the services and materials offered, and to award a contract for the furnishing of the services it deems to be in the best interest of the City.
