Project Description: The purpose of this request is to provide the City of Sioux Falls with formal bids for Water Reclamation Facility Expansion: Dewatering, Gravity Thickener & Chemical Building Improvements,. This project is estimated at $25,150,000 and will be funded with CIP No. 23043. If you have any questions pertaining to this bid request please contact Dawn Hull at 605-351-2711 or Isaac Buteyn at 605-367-8648. A Prebid Meeting will be held January 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will take place at the Water Reclamation Facility Administration Building located at 4500 N. Sycamore Ave., Sioux Falls, SD.
