RE:
ADDENDUM #1, RFP NO. 20260257, WATER QUALITY TREND ASSESSMENT AND DASHBOARD
TOOL DEVELOPMENT
PROPOSAL DUE DATE: 3:00 p.m. (EST), APRIL 2, 2026
Firms are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following are issued to revise/clarify the proposal and contract documents, and these items shall have the same force
and effect as the original proposal and contract documents. Proposals to be submitted on the above-specified date at
Purchasing shall conform to the revisions and clarifications as listed herein.
ITEM # 1 QUESTIONS/ANSWERS
Q1. Part V of the RFP's evaluation form asks for a description of "processes for conducting critical assets
inventory, exposure analysis, and sensitivity analysis." Should this be interpreted in terms of the "inventory"
of water quality monitoring stations and "sensitivity" of trend results to data gaps, sources of uncertainty,
and methodological choices? The traditional meaning of these terms (e.g., infrastructure assets' exposure to
sea level rise) does not seem applicable to this project scope.
Likewise, should the terms "Vulnerability Assessment" and "Adaptation Action Areas," which traditionally
refer to infrastructure vulnerability and adaptation, be interpreted in a project management context--i.e.,
assessing risk of not meeting deadlines for deliverables and review/revision of deliverables before they are
finalized?
A1. Attached, please find revised pages 13-14.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original proposal documents of RFP No.
20260257. Firms are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their proposal forms.
