NOTICE OF INTENT: The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award on a Limiting Competition sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc., for AquaA A2 water purification system required to be used to support the Nephrology Services Dialysis Clinic, Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX.
