Water Plant Operational Consultant Services for Kyrene Water Reclamation Facility

Project Description: The City is issuing this Request for Proposal to secure the services of an operational services consultant to carry out the testing and to prepare for re-activation of the Kyrene Water Reclamation Facility. The term of the Contract shall commence on the date of award and shall continue for a period of five (5) years thereafter, unless terminated, canceled, or extended as otherwise provided herein. In addition, the City at its option may renew for supplemental terms of up to a maximum of five (5) additional years. The period for any single renewal increment shall be determined by the Procurement Office. Such increment may be up to a maximum of five (5) years.
