THIS IS A EIGHT MONTH BLANKET CONTRACT FOR 20,000 CASES OF WATER. INDIVIDUAL RELEASES WILL BE OF A CASE QUANTITY EQUAL TO A FULL SKID (AS IDENTIFIED BY AWARDED VENDOR). UOM IS CASE. PLEASE NOTE THAT CASE QUANTITY SHALL BE 24 BOTTLES EACH. AWARD WILL BE BASED ON PRICING + LEAD/DELIVERY TIME. A RELEASE CAN BE UP TO 1,600 CASES AT ONE TIME ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT A STANDARD. DELIVERIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE WITHIN 3-5 DAYS OF A RELEASE ORDER. THIS QUANTITY LISTED IS AN ESTIMATE. SEPTA IS NOT BOUND TO PURCHASE ANY SPECIFIC QUANTITY. THIS CONTRACT WILL EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT PERIOD OR THE EXHAUSTION OF CONTRACT VALUE, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST. PRICING IS FIRM FOR THE CONTRACT DURATION
