Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for water meters will be received by the City of Batavia’s Department of Public Works in City Hall, at One Batavia City Centre, Batavia, New York on or before 10:00am local time, August 4, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the Department of Public Works Conference Room. Bid envelopes shall be marked on the outside “Bid #2025-5 Water Meters”
All bids shall be submitted on forms provided by the City. Questions should be directed to the Department of Public Works at (585) 345-6324.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities in the bidding.
