Description

City of Mount Pleasant (Buyer) is requesting Bids for the procurement of the following goods and services: Water Meter Replacement

Bids will be received at the District Office located at 100 Public Square, Mount Pleasant, TN 38474. until Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 1:00 pm, local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Mailed bids shall be mailed to Mr. Phillip Grooms, City Manager, 100 Public Square, Mount Pleasant, TN 38474.

The Goods and Services include the following:

Install approximately one thousand, six hundred and ninety (1,690) T-10 Procoder ¾” and eleven (11) T-10 Procoder 1” Positive Displacement Water Meters with E-coder remote reading capabilities. Install to include miscellaneous work related to the water meter and service connection. Meters and related materials to be supplied by the City of Mount Pleasant.

Watermarked Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are required to register with the Issuing Office as described below, in order to receive unwatermarked documents. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website, and emailed to registered bidders. Neither Buyer nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website, or Issuing Office.

Interested Sellers may register as bidders at the office of CIVIL & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS, INC. at 117 Seaboard Lane, Suite E100, Franklin, TN 37067, or by email to Ricky Oakley, roakley@cecinc.com , upon a NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT OF $50.00. (Please reference CEC Project 342-952).
