The Town of Normal will receive sealed bids for the following:

Water Main and Service Materials

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked " Water Main and Service Materials " with the time and date of the opening, which will be Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normalil.gov. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
