To be considered as part of the contract drawings and specifications for the Water Main
Replacement Phase 6B. Bidders are advised that this Addendum must be acknowledged in the
appropriate space provided on the Form for General Bid.
SPECIFICATIONS
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Page 1, DELETE the first paragraph and replace with the following paragraph:
“Sealed bids for construction of Water Main Replacement Phase 6B, for the Town of
Scituate, Massachusetts, will be received at the Scituate Town Hall, 600 Chief
Justice Cushing Highway, Scituate, Massachusetts 02066 until 11:00 a.m.
prevailing time, on February 11, 2026 at which time and place said bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud.”
