(CBBEL) website http://cbbel.com/bidding-info or at www.questcdn.com under Login using QuestCDN #9543513 for a non-refundable charge of $30.00. A QuestCDN login will be required. Contact QuestCDN.com at 952-233- 1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in membership registration and downloading this digital project information. A hard copy of the plans may also be viewed at CBBEL’s offices located at 9575 W. Higgins Road, Suite 600, Rosemont, IL 60018. Contractors must purchase bid documents and be shown on the Bidder’s Planholder List in order to bid. Bids received from contractors who are not in the Bidder’s Planholder List will be rejected.
